Mountain Leaders is a well - known Government Register Trekking Company in Nepal. We are trust worthy and fully committed to give you the best service. We accept your bookings under the following terms and conditions.

Payment Methods
We have different type of payment option. Upon the confirmation of any trips’ we requests our costumer to make an advance payment of 40% to secure the bookings. For the very big amount we take payment via wire transfer to our account. And also we accept credit card (Visa/ Master card), American express etc. The following is our bank Details

Note: The transfer commission must be paid by customers.

Reservation Deposit:
A deposit of 30% of the total value of the package per person is required upon booking.
Balance Payment:
Rest of the payment should be paid before trip departure date.

Cancellation by You:
The scale of cancellation charges detailed below is calculated according to the number of days prior to departure.

  • Less than 45 days from departure date: loss of 25% of deposit amount.
  • Less than 30 days from departure date: loss of 50 % of deposit amount.
  • Less than 15 days from departure date: loss of deposit amount or you can extend trip
  • Cancellation by Us:
    A full refund of tour value will be remitted to you, should there be any cancellation due to insufficiency of group members or other unforeseen circumstances. We may be obliged to cancel your holiday by reasons like war, riots, civil disturbances, strikes, natural disasters, terrorist activities or threat of such and closure of airport. Under such circumstance, we will advise you as soon as possible if we can offer you an alternative holiday of comparable standard or make a prompt full refund of all money paid less reasonable expenses. However, we can be under no other liability to you in such cases.

    Refund:
    No refund will be made to any tour member in case of incomplete tour, trek or expedition due to whatever reasons.

    Travel Insurance:
    You must purchase comprehensive travel insurance package against medical, natural calamity, helicopter evacuation, personal accident etc. This is strongly suggested to all our clients.

    Flight delay:
    Flight by plane and helicopter are prone to cancellations and delays for notorious weather in remote areas and some time operational complications which could be happened in particular in Everest region Lukla flight, Annapurna region Jomsom flight, Dolpa, Simikot and Jumla region etc. When these flights are considered in the itinerary, it is also recommended to carry extra money to buy food and accommodations in case of delays Mountain Leaders will not be responsible for these additional expenses or costs incurred from lost connections, so plan accordingly.

    Privacy Policy:
    Mountain Leaders will not collect any personally identifiable information about you, such as your name, address, telephone number or email address ("personal information") through this site unless you provide it to us yourself. Circumstances in which you may choose to provide us personal information.

    When we do collect personal information that you provide to us, we may store, process and use it for the following purposes: to send you information you have requested such as information about us, promotional information about our products, or details of any offers or promotions; to assist us in improving our products, services or the content of our site; to contact you in connection with a contest or promotion; for our own internal marketing and research purposes. Mountain Leaders will not sell, rent, or in any way intentionally disclose personal information that you provide to us on this site to any third party (other than an agent acting on our behalf as described above), unless: 1) we are required to do so by law, regulation, warrant, subpoena or court order, or 2) such disclosure is part of a sale of all (or substantially all) of the assets of Mountain Leaders.
